We contracted with Mr. Richard Williams of AGI Resource Group to perform a general safety and OSHA compliance audit. The audit included our entire manufacturing plant and all processes and procedures therein. Richard was very pleasant to work with and was professional, courteous, and helpful. His knowledge of the OSHA standards for general industry and manufacturing processes and procedures was extensive. He was able to answer all our questions and provided references to the standards where needed. In addition, he provided a detailed audit report, reviewed it with us item by item ensuring we understood the issues, and then provided practical solutions with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The cost/benefit relationship for his services was exceptionally good showing excellent value for our investment. Our experience working with Richard was excellent and we are looking forward to using his services on future projects.
